Seniors 
Description
The CHAIN (Communities Helping Adults In Need) program offers Outagamie County home owners over the age of 65 or who are disabled help with spring and fall raking. Volunteers can choose to volunteer individually or put a team together. The event is held around the last Saturday in October and April.
