People Generalist (Volunteer Position) part-time remote opportunity. We are looking for a volunteer, who strives to make a difference and contribute to making the world a better place.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Oversee HRIS systems to ensure accurate and compliant functionality throughout the team members' life cycle.
-Collaborate with various teams within the People department, including recruitment, operations, benefits, engagement, and employee relations.
-Provide support for new employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
-Maintain and update People Team Intranet and Google Drive content.
-Support effective change management activities related to People team systems and processes.
-Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate and applicable data for reporting.
-Support, document, and update operating processes.
-Ad-hoc project management responsibilities based upon organizational initiatives.
-Monitor and resolve employee inquiries in various People-related topics.
Recommended Skills:
-First degree in Human Resources or related field.
-Professional HR certification in CIPM/SHRM etc is a plus.
-3+ years’ work experience as an HR Generalist or in People Operations.
-Must have the ability to develop and implement people management framework and organizational culture.
-Ability to work remotely, independently and within a team.
-Passionate about Solution Social Network’s mission.
