Recruitment: Job advertisements, screening forms, applicant tracking process
Selection: Orientation materials, volunteer handbook, waivers, complaint processes, background checks
Ensure Compliance With:
Human Rights
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy
Occupational Health and Safety
Employment Standards
Qualifications
Current student in Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in MS Office.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
