We are currently building 65square, the world’s healthiest social media and dating platform, designed with game-like features and characteristics of an MMO. Our goal is to create a safer, more positive online space for users.
Role Description:
The Sales/Advertising Professional will play a crucial role in advancing the mission of our non-profit organization by developing and implementing effective sales and advertising strategies. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about our cause and possesses strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance our outreach efforts, increase revenue through sponsorships, and promote our programs to potential donors and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract new sponsors and partners.
Identify potential markets and target audiences for advertising campaigns.
Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Advertising Campaign Management:
Develop creative advertising campaigns that align with the organization’s mission.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and email newsletters.
Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through metrics analysis.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate relationships with existing sponsors while identifying new partnership opportunities.
Engage with community leaders, businesses, and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
Attend networking events to represent the organization and build connections.
Fundraising Support:
Assist in planning fundraising events by promoting sponsorship opportunities.
Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and fundraising goals.
Prepare presentations for potential sponsors highlighting the benefits of partnership.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Use data analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices in sales and advertising within the non-profit sector.
Qualifications:
MUST be 18 years and above.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales or advertising roles; experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
