About Us:
DEFEND is a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to reducing risks for children and vulnerable people online. We are currently building 65square, the world’s healthiest social media and dating platform, designed with game-like features and characteristics of an MMO. Our goal is to create a safer, more positive online space for users.


Role Description:
The B2B Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at building relationships with businesses and organizations that align with our mission. This role will focus on brand awareness, lead generation, partnership development, and creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that outline goals, target audiences, messaging, channels, and metrics for success.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality content including case studies, white papers, newsletters, and social media posts that highlight our impact and engage potential partners.
Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential business partners through networking events, outreach campaigns, and targeted communications.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms to strengthen our brand identity within the B2B sector.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as fundraising, program management, and communications to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics; adjust strategies as necessary based on data insights
Qualifications:
MUST be 18 years and above.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
Experience in B2B marketing or related roles; experience in the non-profit sector is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms) and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Soft Skills Required
Empathy: Understanding the needs of both the organization and its partners is crucial for effective communication.
Persuasion: Ability to influence decision-makers within partner organizations through effective storytelling about our mission.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively across various teams within the organization to achieve common goals.
