This volunteer role involves researching content based on d.talks' 2025 theme, "Hiding in Plain Sight," and local Calgary design-related interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Analysis: Review social media posts on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to determine what engages the audience.
Trend Identification: Stay updated on current social media trends, including popular hashtags, themes, and formats.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ social media strategies to uncover successful tactics and areas for improvement.
Content Ideation: Suggest new content ideas that align with audience interests and organizational goals based on research findings.
Reporting: Provide a summary of findings using Google Docs.
Skills Required:

Experience in research
Interest in social media and its business applications
Familiarity with Instagram, Google Docs, and Google Drive
Ability to work independently
No prior experience with Asana (project management tool) required; training provided
