The Calgary Jazz Orchestra,CJO, directed by Johnny Summers, is comprised of Calgary’s top professional musicians. Many of the musicians in the orchestra have won awards including 5 Global Music Awards including Best Male Vocalist, TD Grand Jazz Award, and the WCMA Heritage Award. The jazz orchestra is in their 11th season of music entertainment and is serious about performing outstanding and challenging music, connecting with the audience and having a great time themselves.
